Fighting and dancing are incredibly similar. Rhythmic movement, quick, powerful reactions, to a beat in dance, to your opponent in fighting.

It is certainly a challenge in this current era to present a completely refreshing style whilst leaning towards the comic genre, however ~contraomnes's work certainly prevails such a daunting challenge. Shotgun Waltz shines in particular for its dynamic perspective and fluidity of motion, all wrapped in a stylisation so tremendously energetic. You can definitely see the similarities between fighting and dancing in capoeria.
I like this style and the colors you used in this piece

First of all, I'd like to say that this picture really helped me when I was writing one of the short stories on my page.

Second of all, as a fighter myself, I agree entirely on what you say about fighting and dancing. Fighting requires passion, drive, and focus, which are all things that are involved in a dance as well. So yes, fighting can be considered a very intense dance between too people (even if one of them is left unconscious).

Great picture!

its amazing how dancing and music is really related to martial arts. i do tae kwon do and rhythm and tempo plays a huge part on the timing of the opponents movements

The style and colors work well. I also enjoy the angles of this piece.
